Abouth the book
The book Systemic Change in Organisations brings applied knowledge and insights from the rich treasure trove of systemic work with organisational systems. It is intended primarily for leaders, but also for anyone else interested in the well-being and health of their organisations, regardless of whether they are companies, family businesses, startups or social organisations. The book offers tools and models for systemic change, overcoming blocking patterns in organisational culture, and recognising organisational trauma.
By reading this book and applying recommended practices, in addition to a systemic understanding of organisational problems, leaders can develop their capacity for systemic empathy and deep respect for both what has been and what has yet to happen in their organisations.
This is the first book on systemic work with organisations in Serbia and Southeast Europe. Coming from a social context in which the word system is complicated and painful, and in which it is usually perceived as something “that works against us”, and therefore of which we are not a part, the role of this book is to introduce a new meaning of the term system into our social context, and thus into the field of work with organizations. This book pioneers the view of organisations as “living and intelligent systems,” in which the interconnectedness is much richer and deeper than any organisational chart can show.
The English version is expected to be published by 30th October 2025.
