85% of problems faced by organisations
are systemic in their nature.
Systemic problems require systemic solutions.
All organisations want two things: to survive and to realise their potential. That’s what makes them living systems, not machines. Therefore, for every successful organisational change, a systemic approach is necessary.
The Systems Solutions Institute promotes systemic work with leaders, teams, and organisations and offers customised systemic interventions in situations such as:
“This book is not just a guide for leaders. It is a map for an in-depth understanding of organisations.”
“Systemic change in organisations brings a paradigm shift. When you have read it, your view of organisations will no longer be the same.”
“A systemic view of organisational problems is an extremely valuable additional resource for leaders, available to everyone but underutilised.”
“This book is written from the soul. It shows leaders what it means to “stand in the truth of the system” and how to hear the calls for change and transformation in time.”
The English version is expected to be published in October 2025.
Systemic coaching
involves working on the client’s issues from a systemic perspective, which includes not only the client’s goals as an individual but also the needs of the system as a whole. It is used in working with leaders and in working with teams.
Systemic Leadership
training programmes aim to enhance leaders’ systemic intelligence, grow their understanding of organisational patterns, as well as equip them for leading organisational change.
