The results of the assessment may indicate the need for organisational development and potential systemic interventions in your organization.
You will receive the results of the assessment in the form of a “wheel” of organisational immunity that shows where your organisation currently stands on the 8 key systemic prerequisites for a healthy, resilient and productive organisation. These eight aspects are arranged in two dimensions: “Past–Future” and “Parts–Whole”. When these 8 aspects are met and balanced, systemic conditions are created for the establishment of a healthy organisation. Just by looking at the “wheel,” you can see which aspects represent the strengths of your system and which are areas for improvement.
